If this sounds like you, read on. /p h3bIn this role you will: /b /h3 ulliEmbody the Nozomi Networks Cultural Pillars and our mission to protect what matters most with transparency and trust /liliProvide post-sales break-fix, consulting, and collaboration with all stakeholders to resolve technical issues. /liliPerform exceptional customer service relating to infrastructure design, deployment, testing and verification, as well as optimisation as needed. /liliDrive interactions with customers for resolution of issues while interacting internally with Product and Engineering Teams as needed. /liliDevelop and maintain core competency on Nozomi Networksentire product line and technologies. /liliCreate knowledge base content where none exists while updating existing to correctly position solutions. /liliUnderstanding of critical account infrastructure and technical environments. /liliProvide white-glove treatment for critical accounts. /liliReplicate and reproduce customer issues in the lab prior to escalating issue internally. /li /ul h3bTo be successful in this opportunity, you will have: /b /h3 ulliProven experience working in customer-facing roles as Technical Support Engineer or Systems Engineer. /liliExperience in network security in a support, design, consultancy or operations role. /liliStrong knowledge of Unix Systems, virtualisation technologies, scripting, and API integrations. /liliKnowledge of common networking, security protocols and applications. /liliDetailed technical experience in installations, configuration and operation of security appliances in large complex environments. /liliStrong knowledge of information security principles. /liliStrong communication (written/verbal) and presentation skills. /liliSolid working proficiency in both written and spoken English. /liliAbility to operate in settings with strong confidentiality and data privacy protocols. /liliComfortable using FreeBSD. /liliKnowledge of PostgreSQL. /liliBachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in Computer Engineering (CE), or Computer Science (CS) orequivalent education/training/experience. /liliExperience in the field of IC S (Industrial Control Systems) security projects. /li /ul pbWho we are and what we stand for: /b /p pNozomi Networks is the leader in OT and IoT Cybersecurity.
