We care. /ph3Key Responsibilities: /h3ulliProviding worldwide technical assistance through technical notes documentation, via phone/email, and when necessary on-site at the customer as a product specialist. /liliDelivering technical training globally: both for customer service technicians and through “train-the-trainer” programs for system-related introductions, improvements, new features, and software. /liliSupporting beta-testing through testing, installation, basic training, and continuous support. /liliReporting customer issues, recommendations, and other process-related problems. /liliDiagnosing, resolving, and repairing system issues remotely to support local technicians. /liliPreparing monthly reports for meetings, covering issues related to the product portfolio. /liliValidation of new processing concepts in cooperation with application and RD consumables team in ECO3 HQ. /li /ulh3Qualifications and Skills: /h3ulliFluent English speaking and writing skills, /liliElectromechanical engineering bachelor or master degree, /liliWilling to travel 50% to 60 % of working time. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
