HR Specialist - Chinese Speaker

Overview

As HR Specialist for BYD Italy, you enable people operations that support rapid growth in a multinational context. You'll manage recruitment, onboarding, employee lifecycle tasks, and local compliance to ensure smooth HR processes. You will liaise with Italian teams and BYD headquarters in China, shaping Italy's HR programs within a European framework. You'll work across cross-functional teams to drive engagement and effective people management in a dynamic mobility-focused company.

Responsabilità

• Recruitment & Employee Management: manage job postings, CV screening, interview coordination, onboarding, documentation, and records; support performance management and lifecycle activities
• Employee Relations: handle daily employee relations, queries, and team engagement activities
• HR Compliance & HQ Coordination: implement policies per Italian regulations; manage offboarding; coordinate with BYD HQ and European HR; prepare HR data and reports; support global/European HR initiatives in Italy

Requisiti fondamentali

• Bachelor's degree or above in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of HR experience, preferably in a multinational environment
• Good knowledge of Italian employment law and HR practices
• Fluency in Chinese and Italian; English required as working language
• Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills
