What You Will Do
- Ensure your Restaurant portfolio will generate significant revenue growth month over month by selling TheFork solutions to the Restaurants.
- Negotiate favorable win‑win conditions, allowing the restaurants to optimize their margins and increase seat‑occupancy rates.
- Serve as the primary point of contact and build long‑term relationships with customers.
- Provide support mainly through email and phone to your client portfolio, helping them with positioning strategy, revenue management, and online marketing.
- Set up action plans defined with Sales and Marketing departments; work closely with the Marketing Restaurant Offer team to develop promotional plans (Festivals, special offers, YUMS, SUPER YUMS) for your portfolio.
- Monitor and take actions to ensure restaurants comply with our T&C and quality policies and that excellent B2C user experience is guaranteed.
- Provide support and training to use our tools.
- Express user requirements and work with other departments to constantly improve product relevance of TheFork websites and applications.
- Your KPIs will include, but are not limited to (subject to change based on business needs):
- Promotions available across your portfolio.
- Number of restaurants in the YUMS/SUPERYUMS program across your portfolio.
- Number and quality of restaurants participating in TheFork Festivals.
- Number of upsellings on TheFork Manager.
You Must Meet These Critical Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in account management or relevant roles.
- Native level of Italian and fluent English.
- Proficient in GSuite and Salesforce.
- Self‑starter, results‑oriented, with a track record of exceeding targets.
- Knowledge of revenue‑management issues.
- Comfortable conducting conversations and negotiations over the phone.
- Analytical and creative mind, able to offer customers the best solutions.
- Quickly establish a climate of trust to develop business relationships.
- Autonomous and familiar with KPIs and targets.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
You Can Impress With These Additions
- Experience in the Internet/Tech field.
- Experience in pitching and selling promotions, deals, or flash sales.
- Experience handling a high number (20–50) of outbound and inbound calls and managing portfolios with 300–1,000 accounts.
