You will shape a compelling assortment across skincare, makeup, fragrance, haircare, and wellness, while building strong partnerships with key brands and suppliers. As a category leader, you will identify growth opportunities, optimize category performance, and lead a high-performing team to deliver a differentiated customer proposition and sustainable business growth. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liDefine and execute the category strategy for Beauty Sunglasses, aligned with overall business objectives and growth ambitions. /li liOwn the commercial performance of the Beauty Sunglasses category, including revenue, margin, assortment productivity, and inventory health. /li liIdentify, onboard, and develop strategic relationships with leading beauty brands and suppliers. /li liDrive long-term category growth through assortment planning, trend forecasting, and customer-centric buying decisions. /li liLeverage market insights, customer data, and competitive analysis to optimize product selection, pricing, and category positioning. /li liLead negotiations with brand partners to secure the best commercial terms, exclusive launches, and strategic collaborations. /li liPartner closely with Merchandising, Trading, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Retail teams to deliver a seamless customer experience. /li liFoster innovation within the category by identifying emerging brands, trends, and opportunities in the beauty market. /li liBuild, lead, and develop a high-performing buying team, creating a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous development. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liExtensive buying experience within Beauty, Cosmetics, Skincare, Fragrance, Haircare, Sunglasses or closely related categories, ideally in a retail or e-commerce environment. /li liStrong understanding of beauty market dynamics, customer behavior, product trends, and competitive landscape. /li liProven track record of delivering commercial growth through strategic assortment planning, supplier management, and trading decisions. /li liExperience managing relationships with both established global brands and emerging market players. /li liStrong negotiation skills and ability to influence senior stakeholders internally and externally. /li liDemonstrated success leading and developing high-performing teams in a fast-paced, commercially driven environment. /li liData-driven mindset with strong analytical and strategic thinking skills. /li liAbility to balance customer needs, brand positioning, and commercial objectives. /li liExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to operate effectively across functions and seniority levels. /li /ul pThe starting total annual gross compensation for this position is € 87.800 and includes fixed salary and other applicable compensation elements.
