Together, we belong to something beautiful. /p h3As part of the HR Department, Talent Development Employer Branding, you will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions: /h3 ul liManage a team with different verticals, including Learning Development, Internal Communication and Employer Branding /li liCreation of annual strategy according to company vision and business needs /li liAdaptation of European HQ guidelines /li liDesign of LD projects according to the country’s needs /li liDesign and provide a Talent Development strategy as point of connection among HR functions /li liDesign of an Employer Branding strategy and fruitful relationships with the stakeholders /li liDeployment of a solid company communication strategy on LinkedIn /li liPlanning of a solid internal Communication to both Retail and Corporate population /li liDesign well-being initiatives that enhance employee experience and engagement /li liCoordination of all educational actions and messages to the employees (provide coherence) /li liOrganization of motivating events and activities together with HRBP /li liManagement of department budget /li liGuarantee of continuous innovation in the HR approach /li liNegotiation between other departments’ needs and sustainability of the actions proposed /li liBe an ambassador of the company values and culture /li /ul h3Who we are looking for: /h3 ul liProven experience as a Head of Talent Development, Internal Communication Employer Branding, or similar role /li liAbility to work strategically and collaboratively across departments /li liHigh organizational skills (complex planning and priority management) /li liHigh cooperative skills and effective knowledge of different stakeholder to share information /li liGood organizational awareness /li liPositive attitude towards change management /li /ul h3How to be successful in the role and at Sephora: /h3 pbBy staying results-oriented and proactive in this fast-paced and dynamic environment, you'll contribute to the success of Sephora.
