Il nostro Cliente è un istituto specializzato nel Private & Investment Banking , con un modello consulenziale dedicato alla gestione e valorizzazione del patrimonio di clientela privata, imprenditoriale e corporate, attraverso soluzioni personalizzate in ambito finanziario, patrimoniale e di wealth planning. In un’ottica di rafforzamento della loro struttura, ricerchiamo:
HEAD OF PRIVATE BANKING
La figura sarà chiamata a guidare e coordinare un gruppo di Private Banker, contribuendo allo sviluppo della struttura e garantendo coerenza con il modello consulenziale, i valori e la filosofia distintiva della Banca.
Il/La candidato/a ideale ha maturato una solida esperienza come Private Banker , Relationship Manager Private o in ruoli dedicati a clientela ad alta patrimonializzazione, sviluppando competenze manageriali nella guida o nel coordinamento di team commerciali evoluti.
La risorsa avrà il compito di accompagnare i Banker nella gestione e nello sviluppo della clientela, favorendo il raggiungimento degli obiettivi, la qualità del servizio e la coesione del gruppo, con un approccio orientato alla relazione fiduciaria di lungo periodo.
Requisiti:
esperienza consolidata nel Private Banking e nella gestione di clientela Private / HNWI;
esperienza nel coordinamento di team di Private Banker, Consulenti Finanziari o figure commerciali evolute;
conoscenza dei principali strumenti finanziari, assicurativi e di pianificazione patrimoniale;
capacità di rappresentare e diffondere il modello consulenziale della Banca;
autorevolezza, equilibrio, leadership e forte sensibilità relazionale;
orientamento allo sviluppo commerciale, alla qualità del servizio e alla costruzione di relazioni durature;
iscrizione all’Albo dei Consulenti Finanziari, percorso IVASS base e relativi aggiornamenti.
Completano il profilo standing professionale, visione consulenziale, solidità tecnica, capacità di ascolto e naturale attitudine a tenere insieme persone, obiettivi e relazioni.
Offerta:
La società nostra cliente offre contratto di lavoro dipendente a tempo indeterminato, con un range retributivo da € 130k a € 180k (+ benefit), in base alla seniority, all’esperienza maturata e al percorso professionale della candidatura.
