Chi Siamo & Mission del Ruolo
Per guidare la crescita e lo sviluppo del nostro portafoglio, cerchiamo un/una Head of Permitting. In questo ruolo strategico, sarai il punto di riferimento per l'intero iter autorizzativo dei progetti, garantendo il successo nei tempi stabiliti, l'ottimizzazione del valore del portafoglio e la gestione delle relazioni con enti regolatori e investitori.
Responsabilità Chiave
- Leadership & Strategia del Team: Guiderai e motiverai un team di 10 persone attraverso il coordinamento diretto di 2 Area Manager, promuovendo uno stile di lavoro autonomo, proattivo e strutturato.
- Ottimizzazione e sviluppo finanziario del Portafoglio: In stretta collaborazione con il nostro team finance, definirai le strategie e allocherai le risorse con lo scopo finale di ottimizzare il valore del portafoglio in pipeline.
- Autorizzazione progetti & Monitoring Normativo & Market Overview: Manterrai un aggiornamento costante sull'evoluzione del quadro normativo nazionale e regionale (AU, VIA, PAS, PAUR) e sulle dinamiche di mercato al fine di portare ad autorizzazione il maggior numero di progetti in minor tempo possibile e anticipare criticità o cogliere nuove opportunità.
- Investor Relations (Tecnico-Amministrative): In sinergia con il management, sarai l'interfaccia tecnica e strategica per i fondi di investimento e gli stakeholder finanziari.
- Supporto attività M&A: supporto al team M&A nella gestione delle operazione relative alla vendita dei progetti
Requisiti del Profilo
- Esperienza: 5+ anni di esperienza significativa nel settore dello sviluppo e permitting di progetti di energia rinnovabile PV e BESS.
- Esperienza come manager con capacità di leadership e capacità di essere un buon motivatore per il team.
- Conoscenza degli aspetti finanziari nell'ambito renewables al fine di ottimizzare il valore dei progetti e della pipeline.
- Stile di lavoro autonomo, proattivo e strutturato.
- Disponibilità a trasferte sul territorio nazionale.
- Optional: esperienza nella costruzione di impianti FER.
- Possibilità di crescita professionale all'interno del gruppo Renera.
- Una posizione attiva in un team esperto, internazionale e dinamico focalizzato sulle energie rinnovabili.
