ppIn this role you will implement, configure, and optimize laboratory automation and diagnostic IT systems to improve workflow efficiency. You will work with laboratory staff and cross-functional teams to deploy solutions, train users, and ensure reliable system performance. You’ll help align technical workstreams with customer needs while upholding regulatory standards. This is a hands‑on, customer‑facing position that drives adoption of automation and continuous improvement. You will join a global leader with a strong focus on impact and collaboration. /pullicompetitive salary 40,000-55,000 EUR /lilienhanced pension plan contributions /liliTicket Restaurant /lilisupplementary health insurance /liliSupport installation, configuration, validation, and integration of laboratory automation and diagnostic IT systems /liliProvide on-site and remote technical support to ensure system reliability and performance /liliDeliver training to laboratory staff and customers for effective system adoption /liliAnalyze workflows to identify opportunities for automation-driven efficiency /liliServe as a technical expert on automation solutions for customers and internal teams /liliEnsure compliance with regulatory requirements and high-quality standards /liliCollaborate with Sales, PMO, Service, and RD to ensure project success /liliMaintain accurate documentation and reporting of system activities and improvements /liliBachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred) /liliExperience in laboratory automation or diagnostic environments /liliStrong technical knowledge of automated diagnostic systems, middleware, and workflows /liliProficiency with relevant IT systems, software tools, and diagnostic technologies /liliStrong communication and customer-facing skills for effective training and support /liliFluency in Italian and English, plus one EU language (Spanish, French, or German) /liliWillingness to travel 50-70% across Italy or Europe /liliFlexible to adapt hours based on business needs /lilicustomer-facing communication /lilicross-functional collaboration /liliproblem solving /liliautomated diagnostic systems /lililaboratory workflows /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
