You will work with investors of all types - PE firms, distressed debt/credit investors, hedge funds, as well as the institutional investors these alternative investment managers serve including pensions, sovereign wealth funds, family offices and endowments. You will be part of a team that is deeply integrated in the global firm, serving investors in all geographies including developed, developing and “frontier” markets.You will build relationships with investor clients and further develop McKinsey’s approach to serving investors in Italy and Europe.In this role, you will manage small and large teams on projects for investors and will coach and develop junior colleagues from the Private Capital practice. You will be an integral part of the Private Capital practice leadership team and will set up the strategy for our growth. You will collaborate with colleagues to drive new initiatives (e.g., client roundtables and roadshows) to help increase our impact with portfolio companies.
