Senior Client Delivery Lead, Energy Experience Preferred

ph3bResponsibilities /b /h3 ul liYou will be managing the relationship with client counterparts (often product owners and business owners) /li liYou will be the first point of contact for tech development and the escalation and resolution point with customers for specific domain/product issues /li liBeing the knowledge base of how Kraken works and how we deliver Kraken Platform /li liTriaging incoming requests and communicating client priorities internally. /li liSummarising and articulating client needs, considerations, timelines internally to enable the ongoing development of the Kraken platform. /li liSupporting the engineering team to deliver product features /li liChallenging the client to think differently about tech development, having full belief in the continuous iteration and deployment approach we have. /li /ul h3bRequirements /b /h3 ul liStrong client delivery and/or product ownership experience /li liAgile delivery experience /li liExperience of product management and customer journeys /li liSolid understanding of technology and associated trends /li liExcellent communications, collaboration and presentation skills /li liStrong influencing skills and ability to challenge traditional ways of thinking /li liExperience of working with significant complex delivery pipelines for clients /li liPatience and initiative /li liTime management and a get-stuff-done attitude /li liFluent English + Italian (other european languages are also relevant for this role) /li liPrevious experience in the electricity/utilities market in Italy or another European country is a strong "nice to have" /li /ul h3bCore Competencies /b /h3 pDemonstrates strong client delivery and product ownership experience, with a solid understanding of technology trends and agile delivery methodologies.
