Global Account Manager - Insurance

In this role you will own a multinational Insurance account, guiding a major digital transformation and translating strategic priorities into measurable value. You'll engage senior leadership and orchestrate a global, matrixed team to deliver a combined technical and business solution. The position blends strategic selling, ROI analysis, and cross-border relationship management to achieve revenue targets. This is a high-impact role at the heart of Salesforce's AI-driven transformation in enterprise insurance.
Responsabilità
- Own the account strategy and digital transformation rollout for a multinational Insurance group headquartered in Italy, aligning with board priorities
- Engage C-level decision makers through value-based selling, business case development, and ROI analysis to uncover opportunities
- Coordinate a global, matrixed team (Sales Engineers, Sales Specialists, Marketing, BDP, Professional Services, Partners, GSIs) to deliver contracted solutions
- Accurately forecast revenue and consistently meet quota targets
Requisiti fondamentali
- 8+ years of quota-carrying software or technology sales experience selling to C-level executives at large enterprise or global accounts
- Experience leading virtual or matrixed teams to close complex, multi-stakeholder deals
- Track record of managing global or multinational account relationships with cross-border stakeholder coordination
- Direct experience building and presenting business cases and ROI analyses to senior executives
