Overview

As a Client Solutions Manager, you bridge TikTok's platform capabilities with partner needs to deliver measurable growth. You'll drive full-funnel campaigns, educate partners on solutions, and translate data into compelling ROI-focused narratives. Collaborating with sales, product, and Brand Partnerships, you'll monitor performance and guide strategy to secure ongoing investment. This role blends advisory, execution, and cross-functional influence to scale client success.

Responsabilità

• Client Excellence: nurture global partnerships to achieve shared growth with Brand Partnerships
• Campaign Execution: lead end-to-end campaign strategy, measurement, reporting, and optimization
• Product Go-to-Market & Adoption: educate partners on TikTok solutions and best practices, drive adoption
• Strategic Insights, Data Analysis & Optimization: deliver actionable insights and recommendations via QBRs and executive updates
• XFN Collaboration: partner with Product, Measurement, Creative, Solutions Engineering, and Operations to boost performance and innovation

Requisiti fondamentali

• Experience as Account Manager / Client Solutions Manager / Media Manager / Digital Marketing Manager in brand, agency, or tech
• Hands-on experience with full funnel digital marketing and measurement
• Strong understanding of media and advertising landscape; experience in digital and programmatic sales
• Experience analyzing data to derive insights on campaign performance
• Knowledge of tracking (Pixel, Events API/CAPI, MMP), attribution (MMM, MTA), measurement (BLS, CLS, ULS), and catalog management
• Ability to thrive in a rapidly evolving environment; adaptable to change
• Fluent in Italian and English (high proficiency in both)
• Strong communication and storytelling in translating technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
• Proactive and results-oriented mindset
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
