Subscription Renewals Representative (Italian/English Speaker)

Overview

As a Subscription Renewals Sales Representative, you support customer retention and revenue growth in a defined territory. You work closely with cross-functional teams to renew multi-year subscriptions and uncover expansion opportunities. You will engage customers via calls, video, and email to demonstrate ongoing value and secure renewals. This hybrid Milan role blends relationship-building with data-driven insight to protect and expand customers' Commvault investments.

Responsabilità

• Maintain ongoing communication with customers throughout the renewal cycle to reinforce value and satisfaction
• Scope renewal options aligned to current and future customer needs
• Identify and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities during renewal discussions
• Collaborate with Field Sales Account Executives, CSMs, Partners, and Distributors to ensure cohesive customer experiences
• Navigate challenging situations with professionalism and secure stakeholder buy-in
• Contribute to process improvement and innovation within a results-driven framework
• Execute post-meeting follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and deal closure

Requisiti fondamentali

• Minimum of 4 years' experience in renewal sales or inside sales
• Self-starter with a consultative sales approach
• Proven ability to drive high transaction volumes and increase revenue
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Results-driven with strong analytical and negotiation skills
• Collaborative, team-oriented mindset
• Experience with territory management, forecasting, and deal execution
• Experience with Salesforce (SFDC) is highly preferred
• Fluency in Italian/English (written and verbal) at professional business level
