In questo ruolo presiedi alla gestione di bisogni assicurativi internazionali per clienti corporate, collaborando con le aree tecniche per offrire soluzioni di copertura ottimali. Rewards connetterai reti internazionali e coordinerai con Riassicurazione e uffici locali per gestire contratti e sinistri nei paesi interessati. Lavorerai in un team con focus normative e internazionale, contribuendo a definire condizioni e quotazioni. È un'opportunità per modellare programmi assicurativi internazionali su vasta scala e migliorare la gestione del rischio globale. Responsabilità
- Gestire fabbisogni assicurativi internazionali dei clienti corporate e proporre soluzioni di copertura idonee
- Attivare programmi assicurativi internazionali attraverso reti estere e individuare eventuali compagnie locali
- Focal point con l'area Riassicurazione per gestione amministrativa attiva e passiva dei contratti internazionali
- Collaborare con le aree liquidative sinistri e con compagnie locali per definire gestione sinistri nei paesi inclusi nei programmi
- Interfacciarsi con le aree tecniche per definire condizioni normative e quotazioni
Requisiti fondamentali
- Laurea magistrale in economia o in discipline affini
- Esperienza minima di 3 anni in quotazione rischi corporate o gestione di programmi internazionali
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese (livello C1)
- Conoscenza del mercato italiano e internazionale
- Conoscenza approfondita della contrattualistica assicurativa internazionale
