Business Development Manager H/F

Overview
In questa posizione, sarai responsabile di espandere il portafoglio clienti e chiudere contratti Design & Build, garantendo redditività. Lavorerai a stretto contatto con il Country Manager e i team tecnici per offrire soluzioni su misura. Parteciperai ad eventi di networking e land scouting per generare opportunità. Il ruolo richiede viaggi frequenti in Italia centrale e una forte attitudine commerciale. Unisciti a una realtà in crescita che punta a progetti chiavi in mano nel settore edilizio.

- Identificare nuovi clienti e opportunità commerciali
- Gestire l'intero ciclo di vendita dalla prospezione alla firma
- Sviluppare e mantenere una rete di contatti professionali
- Collaborare con team tecnici per offrire soluzioni adatte
- Partecipare a eventi di networking e land scouting
- Contribuire all'espansione del portafoglio clienti e alla redditività delle operazioni
Requisiti fondamentali
- Laurea in Ingegneria, Architettura o titolo equivalente
- Conoscenza del mercato immobiliare e delle normative urbanistiche
- forte spirito commerciale, autonomia e capacità di negoziazione
- Fluent in inglese o francese (entrambi plus)
- Disponibilità a frequenti trasferte in Italia centrale
- Almeno 5 anni di esperienza nella vendita di progetti chiavi in mano nel settore costruzioni
