Business Development Representative (BDR)

Per conto di un nostro cliente, importante realtà innovativa nel settore HR e software, siamo alla ricerca di un Business Development Representative (BDR) con esperienza nel settore B2B. La figura ideale è dinamica, orientata ai risultati e appassionata di innovazione tecnologica. Sarà responsabile della generazione di nuovi lead, della gestione della pipeline di vendita e della collaborazione con i team interni per ottimizzare le strategie di acquisizione clienti. Responsabilità principali Prospecting e Lead Generation: Utilizzo di tecniche di cold calling, cold emailing e partecipazione a eventi per identificare e qualificare potenziali clienti. Gestione della Pipeline di Vendita: Monitoraggio e aggiornamento costante del database dei contatti e delle attività svolte. Collaborazione Interfunzionale: Lavoro a stretto contatto con i team di marketing e vendite per allineare le strategie e raggiungere gli obiettivi comuni. Requisiti Esperienza comprovata come BDR o in ruoli simili nel settore B2B. Conoscenza del settore HR e delle soluzioni software per la gestione del personale. Familiarità con l'uso di CRM e strumenti di automazione delle vendite. Eccellenti capacità comunicative e di negoziazione. Disponibilità a partecipare a eventi e fiere di settore.
