Il nostro cliente è una Software House specializzata in soluzioni per la tracciabilità di prodotto.
Siamo alla ricerca di una risorsa da inserire nul ruolo di Business Development Manager con la responsabilità end-to-end dello sviluppo del mercato del Nord Italia.
Responsabilità Chiave
- New Business Hunter: Acquisizione di nuovi clienti nel segmento target e generazione di opportunità;
- Full Sales Cycle: Gestione completa del ciclo di vendita, dal prospecting iniziale alla negoziazione e chiusura dei contratti;
- Strategia Commerciale: Collaborazione nell'ideazione di campagne lead gen (inbound/outbound) e partecipazione a eventi di settore;
- Sales Intelligence: Gestione accurata di pipeline, forecast e reportistica tramite CRM con approccio data-driven;
- Feedback Loop: Raccolta di insight dal mercato per influenzare l'evoluzione del prodotto.
Il Profilo Ricercato
- Esperienza: Almeno 5+ anni nelle vendite di Software gestionali in ambito F&B;
- Track Record: Comprovata capacità di raggiungere e superare obiettivi di vendita in contesti complessi;
- Competenze: Eccellenti doti di negoziazione, autonomia nella gestione del territorio e mentalità imprenditoriale;
- Lingue: Italiano madrelingua e buona conoscenza dell'inglese professionale.
