Join us.YOUR IMPACTAs Partner Sales Executive, you will have direct responsibility for driving sales, pipeline and revenue for OpenText in the Greece market, with a strong focus on working with and through the partner ecosystem.You will be a quota-carrying sales professional, responsible for developing new business, managing customer relationships, building pipeline and closing opportunities. You will leverage distributors, resellers, VARs, MSPs, system integrators and strategic technology partners to expand OpenText's market presence and accelerate revenue growth.Working closely with OpenText marketing, solution and technical teams, you will coordinate resources and develop joint go-to-market initiatives with partners to create and convert new business opportunities.YOU ARE GREAT ATOwn the sales quota, pipeline and revenue target for Greece, leveraging the partner ecosystem to drive growth.Develop and close new business opportunities with end customers, working closely with partners.Build and maintain strong relationships with end customers and key partners at operational and executive level.Generate, qualify and accelerate direct, partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline.Develop joint business plans and go-to-market initiatives with strategic partners.Lead sales opportunities throughout the full sales cycle, from opportunity creation and qualification through negotiation and close.Develop and grow relationships with distributors, resellers, VARs, MSPs and system integrators.Drive partner engagement, enablement, pipeline reviews and joint customer activities where they support revenue growth.Identify new routes to market and opportunities to expand OpenText's business in Greece.Maintain accurate CRM, forecasting and pipeline management.Coordinate OpenText marketing, solution and technical resources to maximize customer and partner success.WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED5+ years of experience in technology, enterprise software, SaaS or cloud sales, preferably in a partner-led environment.Proven track record of achieving sales quotas, generating pipeline and closing business.Strong experience working with distributors, resellers, VARs, MSPs or system integrators.Proven sales experience and strong market knowledge in Greece.Strong understanding of indirect sales and partner-led go-to-market models.Demonstrated ability to develop customer relationships and drive complex sales cycles.Excellent commercial, negotiation, presentation and relationship-building skills.Strong forecasting, CRM and pipeline management capabilities.Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a global matrix organization.Fluent in Italian and English; Greek is an advantage.Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.Willingness to travel regularly within Greece for partner meetings, customer engagements and industry events.ONE LAST THINGYou are a commercially driven sales professional who knows how to build strong customer and partner relationships and turn them into pipeline and revenue.You understand the Greek market and are comfortable engaging with both operational and executive stakeholders.
