Join us. /ph3YOUR IMPACT /h3pAs Partner Sales Executive, you will have direct responsibility for driving sales, pipeline and revenue for OpenText in the Greece market, with a strong focus on working with and through the partner ecosystem. /ppYou will be a quota-carrying sales professional, responsible for developing new business, managing customer relationships, building pipeline and closing opportunities. You will leverage distributors, resellers, VARs, MSPs, system integrators and strategic technology partners to expand OpenText's market presence and accelerate revenue growth. /ppWorking closely with OpenText marketing, solution and technical teams, you will coordinate resources and develop joint go-to-market initiatives with partners to create and convert new business opportunities. /ph3YOU ARE GREAT AT /h3ulliOwn the sales quota, pipeline and revenue target for Greece, leveraging the partner ecosystem to drive growth. /liliDevelop and close new business opportunities with end customers, working closely with partners. /liliBuild and maintain strong relationships with end customers and key partners at operational and executive level. /liliGenerate, qualify and accelerate direct, partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline. /liliDevelop joint business plans and go-to-market initiatives with strategic partners. /liliLead sales opportunities throughout the full sales cycle, from opportunity creation and qualification through negotiation and close. /liliDevelop and grow relationships with distributors, resellers, VARs, MSPs and system integrators. /liliDrive partner engagement, enablement, pipeline reviews and joint customer activities where they support revenue growth. /liliIdentify new routes to market and opportunities to expand OpenText's business in Greece. /liliMaintain accurate CRM, forecasting and pipeline management. /liliCoordinate OpenText marketing, solution and technical resources to maximize customer and partner success. /li /ulh3What You Need To Succeed /h3ulli5+ years of experience in technology, enterprise software, SaaS or cloud sales, preferably in a partner-led environment. /liliProven track record of achieving sales quotas, generating pipeline and closing business. /liliStrong experience working with distributors, resellers, VARs, MSPs or system integrators. /liliProven sales experience and strong market knowledge in Greece. /liliStrong understanding of indirect sales and partner-led go-to-market models. /liliDemonstrated ability to develop customer relationships and drive complex sales cycles. /liliExcellent commercial, negotiation, presentation and relationship-building skills. /liliStrong forecasting, CRM and pipeline management capabilities. /liliAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively within a global matrix organization. /liliFluent in Italian and English; Greek is an advantage. /liliBachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience. /liliWillingness to travel regularly within Greece for partner meetings, customer engagements and industry events. /li /ulh3ONE LAST THING /h3pYou are a commercially driven sales professional who knows how to build strong customer and partner relationships and turn them into pipeline and revenue. /ppYou understand the Greek market and are comfortable engaging with both operational and executive stakeholders.
