Siamo una delle startup italiane in più rapida crescita. Abbiamo appena chiuso un round di Serie A da €8,5M , integrato due acquisizioni strategiche (Mindwork sulla psicologia e Welfood sulla nutrizione) e siamo stati riconosciuti da Sifted tra le realtà più promettenti del Sud Europa. Ora entriamo nella fase di scaling: strutturare, consolidare ed evolvere il nostro motore di sviluppo commerciale.

Cosa farai

Come Senior Client Sales Manager gestirai il ciclo di vendita su account mid-market ed enterprise, con il supporto di un team strutturato e di metodologie già consolidate.

  • Gestire trattative commerciali su account corporate, dalla qualifica alla chiusura;
  • Costruire proposte e business case su misura, posizionando il valore clinico integrato di Carol;
  • Navigare i processi di acquisto aziendali, interfacciandoti con HR, procurement e decision maker;
  • Applicare metodo consulenziale e qualifica strutturata (CHAMP/MEDDIC) lungo tutto il funnel;
  • Collaborare con SDR, Marketing e Customer Success per costruire pipeline solida e transizioni pulite post-vendita;
  • Mantenere il CRM (HubSpot) aggiornato e contribuire a forecast affidabili.

Chi sei

  • Hai almeno 4 anni di esperienza nella vendita B2B, idealmente su servizi o SaaS;
  • Hai già lavorato con clienti enterprise o hai forte motivazione e attitudine a farlo: capisci che vendere a grandi aziende richiede metodo, pazienza e gestione di stakeholder multipli;
  • Hai mentalità imprenditoriale, orientamento al risultato e capacità di problem-solving;
  • Sei strutturato e data-driven, sai gestire più trattative in parallelo senza perdere il filo;
  • Hai ottime capacità relazionali e di comunicazione;
  • Bonus: esperienza nel welfare aziendale, sanità o SaaS B2B.

  • Tariffe agevolate per psicoterapia e consulenze nutrizionali;
  • Modalità di lavoro ibrida (3 giorni a settimana in ufficio).
