This position will lead project teams through the coordination and development of the integrated EMEA retail and wholesale forecasts, and / or inventory (company and dealer) and production plans with relevant stakeholders to maximize volume growth on an EMEA basis. /ph3bJob Responsibilities /b /h3ulliLead, develop and improve Sales Operations Planning processes, standardization of work, planning calendars, performance process metrics, meetings, presentations, after action reviews (AAR), Excel spreadsheets, especially as these items relate to the Sales Operations Planning 5 Step Process (data gathering, demand planning, supply planning, pre-Sales Operations Planning meeting and Executive Sales Operations Planning meeting) /liliEvaluate and comprehend EMEA retail sales, wholesale shipments, inventory (company and dealer) and production plans in all markets /liliDevelop processes to ensure alignment to optimize sales and inventory levels in conjunction with EMEA sales and finance objectives and strategies /liliLead change management efforts to increase the influence, which EMEA retail analysis and planning will have on corporate objectives /liliDevelop and implement best practices and metrics to increase and show the health of Sales Operations Planning as a process /liliSupport continuous improvement initiatives by helping to manage short and long-range Sales Operations Planning goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures that are consistently applied throughout the company /li /ulh3bEducation Requirements /b /h3pHigh School Diploma or Equivalent Required /ph3bExperience Requirements /b /h3pRequired /pulliTypically requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience /liliDemonstrated experience in supply chain management of forecasting leadership with project management,meeting facilitation and business process development experience /liliAdvanced Excel and PowerPoint skills /liliProficient in data analysis and ability to analyze data on a problem-to-solution level and make appropriate recommendations /liliAbility to produce quality materials within tight timeframes and simultaneously manage several projects /liliFluency in English, and another language would be adventageous /li /ulpPreferred /pulliExperience with change management /liliMotorcycle, Parts Accessories, General Merchandise and Licensed Product knowledge /li /ulpWe offer an inclusive compensation package for all salaried employees including, but not limited to, annual bonus programs, employee discounts on motorcycles and related products, general merchandise, and more.
