And while we are a truly global organization, we remain deeply rooted in the communities in which we operate and where our colleagues live and work. /ppWith industrial operations in nearly 30 countries, Stellantis could consistently exceed the evolving needs and expectations of consumers in more than 130 markets, while creating superior value for all stakeholders. /ph3Job Overview /h3pYour mission will be to ensure the achievement of commercial targets (volume, mix, market share, profitability) optimizing both sell-in and sell-out actions, by the Dealers within their assigned area for the Leapmotor brand /ph3Your Responsibilities /h3ulliOrganize regular meetings with the Dealership managers /liliMonitor monthly the evolution of the business scenario within the territory: customer demand, competitors' activities, etc. /liliAnalyze the business KPIs of the Dealer: product stock, invoices, etc. /liliDrive forward the Annual General Commercial Policy /liliSupport Dealers in planning and executing the sell-out actions needed to maximize Dealer effectiveness, sales potential and commercial policy earnings as issued by the National Sales Company /liliGrant consistency between the sell-in and the sell-out plan with a focus on preventing and managing aged stock /liliMonitor the invoices/registrations level and support Dealer in planning and executing recovery actions; /liliDrive forward B2B PC activities of the Dealership /liliMonitor Quality KPI /liliWork with the Dealership when new models are launched (or product event) /liliDrive the Dealership forward in their CRM and digital activities /liliWork with the Dealership in their operational marketing actions /liliIdentify the Dealers' needs in terms of organization, processes, training of sales force, etc. to allow them to fully comply with the customer experience and Brand standards and to drive forward Dealership compliance with Simplified Operating Standards (S.O.S.) /li /ulh3Your Qualifications, Skills Experience /h3ulliFrom 5 to 7 years' experience in a Sales role within the car manufacturer industry /liliUniversity degree in a relevant field /liliStrong sales and analysis orientation /liliExcellent interpersonal, negotiation and problem-solving skills /liliEnergy, determination and stress management /liliExcellent knowledge of the main applications in the MS Office environment, in particular MS Excel /liliFluent in English and Italian (at least B2) /li /ulh3Our Offer /h3ulliSalary range: from 53000 € to 63000 €, that will be defined depending on the level of adherence of the candidate to the job requirements /liliCollective Agreement: In accordance with the provisions of the Specific Collective Labour Agreement (CCSL – CNEL code: CO10), and in particular with regard to the classification within the third professional area. /li /ulpAt Stellantis, we assess candidates based on qualifications, merit and business needs.
