Read on… /p h3What does the Business Development Manager do? /h3 ul liIdentify and develop new customers and business opportunities, primarily across Italy; /li liManage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to technical-commercial negotiation and closing; /li liDevelop sales for bmixing and industrial sealing technologies /b; /li liBuild relationships with technical and purchasing stakeholders within process industries; /li liCollaborate with Italian and European teams to identify cross-selling opportunities and support market development; /li liManage customer visits and business development activities across the assigned markets. /li /ul h3Ideal candidate /h3 ul liTechnical or business education; /li li5+ years of experience in bTechnical Sales, Business Development or industrial B2B sales /b; /li liExperience in bprocess industries /b.
