Overview

FULL-TIME | 6 MONTHS | FROM SEPTEMBER:

We are looking for a passionate and engaged E‑CRM & Customer Engagement Intern to join our E‑CRM & Customer Engagement Team in our Global HQ, in Milan.

Your Impact

MAIN ACTIVITIES:

• Support the definition and execution of the global contact strategy, contributing to customer engagement and conversion optimization initiatives;
• Support the end-to-end production of email marketing campaigns, coordinating with external agencies and internal stakeholders;
• Analyze campaign performance and prepare reporting insights to identify improvement opportunities through a test-and-learn approach;
• Monitor the competitive landscape and digital marketing trends to identify best practices and opportunities for improvement;
• Support the development of customer engagement initiatives across digital channels, contributing to the optimization of the overall customer experience;

Qualifications

REQUIREMENTS:

• Economics or Engineering Master degree or similar;
• A previous experience in the field will be considered a plus;
• Passionate about fashion and digital communication;
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including good knowledge in Microsoft Excel;
• Enthusiastic, willing to learn and self-organized;
• Strong analytical skills, with an eye for details;
• Fluent in English.
