Sales Leader- FOAMGLAS Industry South & East Europe

In this role you drive growth for FOAMGLAS industrial markets across South & East Europe, collaborating with key accounts, EPCs, and distributors to win tenders and maintain projects. You will set long-term regional strategy, lead sales teams, and align cross-functional partners to deliver value-based solutions that reduce energy use and emissions. The position combines regional expansion, technical sales leadership, and data-driven decision making in a market with long cycle times. You will be a pivotal link between customers and our portfolio, shaping how we scale in a sustainable way.Retribuzione / Benefits
- Oversee FOAMGLAS industrial markets in South & East Europe and manage tenders and maintenance projects
- Lead Sales Leads and daily sales operations while working independently
- Set long-term segment strategy and drive innovation aligned with business objectives
- Promote the full FOAMGLAS Industry portfolio in line with Business Strategy
- Identify opportunities, secure specifications, and perform commercial realization for key projects
- Collect, interpret, and act on industry data including forecasting and reporting
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and stakeholders
- Coordinate with Operations, MarCom, Finance, and other internal teams
- Develop people for future growth and prepare the region for expansion
- Collaborate across the matrix organization to maximize value-based selling
- Strong technical background in engineering (industrial engineering or equivalent)
- Extensive experience in industrial insulation and with contractors, specifiers, and asset owners
- Proven leadership of sales teams with coaching and development
- Experience contributing to mid- and large-scale industrial projects
- Fluency in English and Italian; Spanish is an advantage
- Experience in technical sales with long sales cycles; manufacturing or building materials background preferred
- Proven ability to manage international teams and work across cultures
- Customer-oriented with a solution-driven mindset
- Excellent relationship management and communication skills
- Ability to inspire, influence, and energize cross-functional teams
