Sales Manager (Europe) Join our team and be part of a luxury hospitality experience at an exciting time for the Hassler Roma. We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to support the hotel's growth by developing strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and promoting our hotel in the luxury hospitality market. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement sales and client acquisition strategies in line with the hotel's commercial goals Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and industry stakeholders; with a focus on European markets Establish strong working relationships with Preferred Partner agencies (such as Virtuoso, FHR) Analyze market trends and competitive dynamics to identify growth and new business opportunities Represent the hotel at relevant trade fairs and industry events, acting as a brand ambassador Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities, including networking and attending relevant events Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing and Booking teams to maximize room revenues and overall commercial performance Contribute innovative ideas and sales initiatives to support business development Deliver sales operational tasks including contracting and site inspections Prepare regular reports on sales activities, market insights, and business opportunities Maintain the client database in the relevant CRM platform What We're Looking For Minimum of 3 years' experience in a Sales role within a 5-star hotel or luxury hospitality environment Client database and experience working within key European markets, with a focus on Leisure Strong passion for luxury hospitality and delivering outstanding guest experiences Excellent ability to communicate and inspire clients with our brand values and concept Fluent in English, and knowledge of other European languages a plus (such as French, German, Spanish) Understanding of Italian for the work environment is preferred Highly organized, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Please send your CV with a photo to: Visualizzare la mail su euspert.app In the subject line: please include Sales Manager This announcement is open to candidates of both sexes (Law 903/77 – Legislative Decree no. 198/2006).
