Business Development & Partnership Manager - Mobility & Sustainability (B2B)

WeHunt per società cliente , realtà innovativa operante nel settore della mobilità elettrica leggera e dei servizi di micromobility B2B , è alla ricerca di una figura di Business Development & Partnership Manager .
L’azienda sviluppa e fornisce soluzioni integrate di mobilità sostenibile per aziende e strutture hospitality , offrendo servizi di e-bike sharing, micromobility elettrica e infrastrutture di ricarica , con un modello di business basato su servizi in abbonamento e gestione end-to-end della mobilità aziendale e turistica .
La società è attiva in diversi mercati europei e sta attraversando una fase di forte crescita e strutturazione , con l’obiettivo di sviluppare il proprio team commerciale e rafforzare la presenza sul mercato italiano ed europeo.
Il modello operativo è altamente digitalizzato , con un processo di vendita strutturato attraverso strumenti CRM e piattaforme digitali (lead generation, discovery call, presentazioni commerciali e finalizzazione contrattuale online).

Responsabilità principali
La risorsa avrà un ruolo chiave nello sviluppo commerciale e nella creazione di partnership strategiche, contribuendo alla crescita del business in ambito hospitality e corporate mobility .
Nel dettaglio si occuperà di:
- Sviluppare nuove opportunità commerciali nel mercato B2B , con particolare focus su hotel, gruppi hospitality e aziende
- Gestire l’intero ciclo di vendita: lead generation, prospecting, discovery call, proposta economica e chiusura contrattuale
- Gestire opportunità inbound provenienti da attività di marketing e campagne digitali
- Identificare e sviluppare partnership strategiche con player del mondo mobility, welfare aziendale e servizi per imprese
- Interfacciarsi con interlocutori quali:
- General Manager e proprietà di hotel
- Mobility Manager
- Sustainability Manager
- HR / Welfare Manager
- Presentare soluzioni di mobilità sostenibile basate su veicoli elettrici leggeri, servizi di sharing e programmi di mobilità per dipendenti
- Contribuire allo sviluppo del mercato italiano e supportare opportunità su altri mercati europei
- Collaborare con marketing e customer success per migliorare il processo di acquisizione e gestione dei clienti
- Utilizzare strumenti CRM e piattaforme digitali per la gestione delle opportunità commerciali
Requisiti:
Requisiti
- Esperienza di almeno 4–7 anni in ruoli commerciali o business development B2B
- Background in contesti come:
- mobility
- hospitality services
- welfare aziendale
- servizi B2B per imprese
- startup o scaleup digitali
- Esperienza nella gestione di processi di vendita digitali e consultivi
- Capacità di gestire trattative commerciali con interlocutori senior
- Attitudine imprenditoriale e interesse per contesti innovativi e in crescita
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese
- La conoscenza dello spagnolo rappresenta un plus
