Nestlé Purina - Project Health, Safety and Environment Specialist (Greenfield Project) - Mantova

Overview

You will support the installation, start-up and operation of automated production systems at a new manufacturing site, ensuring health, safety and environmental standards. You collaborate within a global organization focused on quality and continuous improvement, contributing to risk management and compliance. This role offers the chance to drive safety performance and lean improvements in a food factory setting. You will work with cross-functional teams to embed HSE into planning and operations.

Responsabilità

• Ensure compliance with local legislation and Nestlé HSE standards in planning and reviews
• Implement effective risk management procedures per RSPP
• Monitor site controls for employees, contractors and visitors and manage relevant risks
• Maintain high standards of health and hygiene and arrange emergency medical response
• Establish safe working practices for high-frequency risks and high-hazard tasks
• Deliver high-quality HSE support including exposure monitoring, health promotion, and surveillance
• Participate in key meetings and reviews
• Support LEAN initiatives and drive continuous improvement in Safety/Health/Environmental Sustainability
• Communicate effectively with different organizational levels

Requisiti fondamentali

• 4–5 years of experience in a similar role
• Experience in manufacturing sector mandatory; food factory a plus
• Knowledge of safety legislation (d.Lgs 81/08)
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Italian and English
• Experience as Assistant of RSPP preferred
• Engineering background preferred
• University degree in technical studies
