Good level of Italian would be a plus /li liCompensation Package: CCNL Industria Alimentare, Quadro, Gross Annual Base Salary €63.000,00. /li /ul h3Position Summary /h3 pEnsure the successful design, planning, implementation, installation, testing, start‑up, ramp up and handover of major capital investment projects on the manufacturing site, following Nestlé safety standards, projects charters, design specifications, ways of working success criteria. /p h3A Day in the Life of a Logistics Lead Engineer /h3 ul liLogistics Automation Oversight: Provide expert technical assistance during the execution, commissioning, and operation of automated warehouse systems, ensuring seamless integration with manufacturing and alignment with Nestlé-Purina quality standards. /li liMeet quality expectations. In the event of a quality problem, rectify it and inform the responsible manager and involve him/her in the rectification of the problem with immediate actions. /li liCarry out all duties in strict compliance with Product Safety, Environmental Management, Occupational Health, and Safety documents, with a specific focus on equipment safety. /li liDrive operational efficiency by applying Lean engineering principles to eliminate waste and optimize material flow within automated systems. /li liCarry out the duties specified for the post holder in the Product Safety, Environmental Management, Occupational Health and Safety and Quality Management System documents. /li liActively oversee and manage project budget, tracking expenditures to ensure major capital automation projects are delivered cost‑effectively. /li liAgile Problem Solving: Thrive in a fast‑paced environment by thinking outside the box to immediately troubleshoot, rectify, and elevate any technical or operational bottlenecks affecting the project. /li liGive coaching and/or instructions to staff on any subject, considering the relevant Nestlé Safety Standard and rules.
