Travel company specializzata in viaggi di lusso tailor-made in Italia. Descrizione Responsabilità principali:
- Mappare e analizzare il potenziale del mercato Asia-Pacifico e Middle-East per il turismo verso l'Italia.
- Sviluppare e implementare strategie commerciali per aumentare le vendite nei mercati.
- Gestire relazioni con tour operator, agenzie di viaggi e travel advisor di alto livello nell'area assegnata.
- Partecipare a fiere, eventi e workshop rappresentando l'azienda nella fase di apertura del mercato.
- Identificare esigenze specifiche del target locale e lavorare con il team prodotto per sviluppare proposte tailor-made coerenti con le aspettative culturali e qualitative.
- Monitorare i trend del mercato, la concorrenza e l'andamento della domanda nella regione.
- Monitorare le performance, definire KPI e riportare regolarmente l'andamento delle attività alla Direzione.
- Svolgere attività di follow-up, negoziazione, chiusura contratti e customer care in tutte le fasi del ciclo commerciale.
- Esperienza di almeno 3 anni in ruoli di sviluppo commerciale, preferibilmente in DMC e/o tour operator di lusso.
- Ottima conoscenza dei mercati dell'area APAC e/o Middle East e delle relative dinamiche commerciali.
- Conoscenza professionale della lingua inglese.
- Conoscenza approfondita dell'Italia come destinazione turistica di alto livello.
- Esperienza nella vendita B2B e nel rapporto con agenzie di viaggio internazionali.
- Disponibilità a viaggiare frequentemente nell'area di riferimento.
- Eccellenti doti relazionali, empatia interculturale e forte orientamento ai risultati.
- Familiarità con strumenti CRM e piattaforme di gestione vendite.
