Account Executive - Spanish Market (Madrid hub)

We are seeking an Account Executive to drive our commercial growth across the Spanish market, with a base in Madrid. You will be responsible for identifying and closing new business opportunities with enterprise and mid‑market clients, leveraging Contents’ AI platform to support their digital transformation. This is a high‑impact role for a results‑driven professional who thrives in fast‑paced environments and has a strong understanding of the Spanish business landscape. Key Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle across key accounts in Spain
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline through outbound activities, events, referrals, and partnerships
  • Deliver compelling presentations and product demos to both technical and business stakeholders
  • Develop tailored commercial proposals in collaboration with pre‑sales and product teams
  • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring alignment with company targets and strategy
  • Collaborate with marketing and leadership on go‑to‑market initiatives for Spain
  • Maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor

  • 1‑3 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Experience managing medium to long sales cycles
  • Strong knowledge of the Spanish market and business culture
  • Existing network across industries such as retail, banking, telco, or e‑commerce
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills
  • Fluent in English (mandatory); Spanish or any other language is a plus
  • Based in Madrid or willing to relocate
Nice To Have
  • Experience in MarTech, AI, or enterprise content solutions
  • Background in high‑growth startups or scale‑ups
  • Familiarity with AI‑driven platforms or digital transformation projects
  • Experience working with international clients or cross‑border deals
