The role is responsible for understanding customer requirements, designing suitable EV charging solutions, presenting technical concepts, and coordinating with Product Management and RD to validate solution feasibility. The Solution Engineer supports opportunities from early technical discovery through solution validation and project handover, while helping improve products, tools, and working processes through distributors, service partners, and internal sales teams. /liliLead technical discovery discussions to understand customer use cases, site conditions, operational requirements, and integration needs. /liliRespond to technical questions, requests for information, and solution-related sections of tenders or customer proposals. /liliSupport product demonstrations, technical workshops, customer meetings, and industry events. /li /ulp2.Solution Design and Presentation /pulliDesign and recommend suitable AC and DC charging solutions based on customer requirements and applicable charging scenarios. /liliPrepare and present solution concepts, system architecture, product configuration, and technical value propositions. /liliSupport solution sizing, product selection, interface definition, and basic integration planning. /liliEnsure proposed solutions are technically feasible, clearly documented, and aligned with current product capabilities. /li /ulp3.Technical Coordination and Project Support /pulliCoordinate with Product Management, RD, Technical Support, Service, and Project Delivery teams to validate customer solutions. /liliProvide technical coordination during solution validation, pilot activities, and project implementation handover. /liliIdentify technical dependencies, risks, and gaps, and support the definition of mitigation actions. /liliMaintain clear technical communication with customers and internal stakeholders until open solution topics are resolved. /li /ulp4.Customer and Partner Enablement /pulliBuild trusted technical relationships with customers, channel partners, installers, and service providers. /liliDeliver product and solution training for customers and partners where required. /liliSupport certifications, workshops, proof-of-concept activities, and other solution-related internal initiatives. /liliPromote consistent technical positioning and effective use of Autel products and solution capabilities. /li /ulp5.Product Feedback and Continuous Improvement /pulliCollect and structure customer, partner, and market feedback for Product Management and RD. /liliSupport product improvements by identifying recurring technical needs, integration gaps, and usability issues. /liliContribute to the development of reusable solution documentation, technical presentations, FAQs, and best-practice materials. Mechatronics, Electronics, Energy Systems, or a related technical discipline. /lilistrongRequired 3+ years of relevant experience /strong of experience in solution engineering, pre-sales engineering, technical consulting, application engineering, or another customer-facing technical role. /liliExperience in EV charging, energy, electrical infrastructure, automotive, mobility, renewable energy, or a related industry is preferred. /liliExperience working with international customers, partners, or cross-functional technical teams is an advantage. /li /ulpbr / /ppstrongTechnical Knowledge /strong /pulliGood understanding of EV charging systems, including common AC and DC charging scenarios. /liliFamiliarity with OCPP and charging infrastructure communication or integration concepts. /liliAbility to understand electrical and system-level requirements and translate them into practical customer solutions. /liliAbility to read and explain technical documentation, specifications, system diagrams, and product configuration information. /liliKnowledge of local electrical standards, grid requirements, or charging regulations is an advantage. /li /ulpbr / /ppstrongCore
