In this role you will manage a dedicated team to follow tendering process. /p pThe main purpose of the role is to ensure the management and development of Drilling commercial activities in order to optimize success in contract awards and maximize the utilization of the Saipem Drilling fleet. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liPlan and coordinate proposal activities, including organizing commercial kick-off meetings when required /li liEnsure preparation of marketing and tender documentation in line with Company procedures and Client requirements /li liManage interfaces with Clients and Partners and define scope of work for all parties involved in the bid /li liAnalyze contract requirements and lead cost estimation, cash flow definition and proposal submission to the Client /li liManage post-bid clarification, support negotiations and contribute to bidding strategy, market analysis and identification of opportunities /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul libEducation: /b Master’s degree / Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics or similar fields is preferred but not mandatory /li libExperience: /b Several years of experience as Proposal Manager / Tendering / Commercial roles within the Oil Gas or Drilling industry /li libLanguages: /b Fluent English required (ability to interface with Clients and Partners) /li /ul h3Technical/IT Skills /h3 ul liContract management and negotiation /li liCost estimation and cash flow analysis /li liMarket analysis and competitive positioning /li liTendering strategy and commercial processes /li liKnowledge of partnership frameworks (JV, MoU, consortia) /li /ul h3Travel /h3 pYou will have the opportunity to travel abroad based on the projects you will work for and within the projects and drilling operations assigned, interacting with international Clients, Partners and internal departments. /p h3Benefits /h3 ul liPay not lower than 56,000 € /li liCorporate Benefits – health insurance, internal gym, discounts and partnerships, services related to health, family, well-being, and in-house cafeteria. /li liHybrid working model – smart working options and flexible hours to help you achieve a better work-life balance. /li /ul h3Equal Opportunity /h3 pAt the end of the selection process, the Company reserves the right to offer a different job level and/or salary package compared to what is indicated in this job posting, in line with the candidate’s professional experience, technical and soft skills.
