Tax & Legal Intern
Eurofins
Eurofins seeks a recent law graduate for a tax and legal internship at its Milan office. The role involves supporting both tax and corporate legal functions within an international multinational, developing cross-functional knowledge of fiscal, legal, and corporate activities.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, collect, and archive corporate documentation and maintain corporate registers
- Support recurring corporate compliance activities and legal documentation
- Organize documentation for corporate transactions and regulatory reviews
- Assist with tax compliance data collection, verification, and deadline management
- Conduct legal and tax research, monitor regulatory changes, and prepare analyses using Excel
Requirements
- Recent master's degree in law (Giurisprudenza), completed or in progress
- Basic knowledge of tax law or economics from university coursework
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Strong English language skills, written and spoken
- Attention to detail and organizational ability
- Team collaboration and eagerness to learn across tax and legal domains
Compensation: Monthly internship stipend; €8 meal vouchers per working day via Edenred
