Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Corporate Counsel to lead legal operations in Italy within the energy sector. As sole counsel, you will drive subsidiary growth and build compliance systems to ensure transparent operations. Key duties include negotiating international commercial contracts, managing project risks, and providing regulatory updates for the energy market. Candidates must be admitted to practice in Italy, fluent in English, and have over 8 years of experience with a multinational company.
