Gruppo Lactalis Italia è alla ricerca di un/a brillante laureando/a o neolaureato/a da inserire all’interno della Direzione Legal & Corporate Affairs. La risorsa, inserita nel Team Litigation & Labour, fornirà supporto prevalentemente al Litigation & Labour Legal Counsel nello svolgimento delle attività della funzione. In particolare: Predisposizione delle note interne, pareri e comunicazioni, gestione delle procedure esecutive (pignoramenti presso terzi, cessioni di credito, etc.); Supporto nella predisposizione di atti (scritture private, accordi transattivi, verbali di conciliazione, etc.) e nella predisposizione e redazione di documentazione interna (note, report, documenti e file di supporto alle attività); Attività istruttoria (raccolta di informazioni e documenti e coordinamento con le funzioni interessate) finalizzata alla redazione degli atti di causa; Studio e ricerca di normativa, dottrina e giurisprudenza; Redazione di pareri e note in ambito giuslavoristico e civilistico a supporto delle funzioni aziendali interessate.
REQUISITI RICHIESTI
Laurea specialistica in Giurisprudenza; Gradita un'esperienza, anche breve, in studi legali specializzati in ambito civile/giuslavoristico o in uffici legali di società; Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese; la conoscenza della lingua francese sarà considerata un plus; Buona conoscenza del pacchetto Office; Capacità di analisi e problem solving; Predisposizione al lavoro in team.INFORMAZIONI CHIAVE SULLA POSIZIONE
