This is a hands‑on engineering role with real ownership. /p pYou’ll embed yourself with teams across the company, map how work genuinely happens, and design, build, and ship AI‑agent‑based tools, improved pipelines, and internal platforms that increase Flow. You will own them end to end, from the first process map through production, monitoring, and continuous improvement. /p pYou’ll also set the standard for how AI is adopted here: the governance that keeps our data secure, and the enablement that makes every Tangooer genuinely capable with these tools. You’ll need to be compelling and convincing to ensure we have company‑wide alignment, and you will need to demonstrate our principle, Reroute Keep Going, in abundance. /p pIf you get a kick out of watching hours of someone's manual work disappear into a workflow that just runs, freeing them up to spend more time and energy on the things that delight our customers, then you'll fit right in. This role exists to help Tangoo do things better and faster, empowering the team members to focus on the activities that really move the needle on achieving their Roadmap Outcomes. /p pYou will obsessively seek out the manual, repetitive, friction‑heavy work that is hiding inside our existing processes, then develop and implement robust plans to replace them with intelligent, reliable, more effective solutions that people come to genuinely and gratefully rely upon. /p pYou will also set the high standard for how AI is perceived, adopted, governed, and used across the business. This role is as much about people as it is about technology and processes.
