For more information, visit publicissapient.com. /p pbABOUT PUBLICIS SAPIENT /b /p h3Overview /h3 h3The opportunity /h3 pWe are looking for an Agile Project Manager to join our Product and Digital Transformation practice, supporting Digital and CRM initiatives for the Italian market. /p pThis role is suited to someone with experience in Digital delivery and/or CRM operations who is comfortable working with client stakeholders and cross-functional teams. You will help coordinate initiatives, improve ways of working and provide practical advisory support on evolving Digital business priorities, CRM and customer engagement. /p h3Your role /h3 pAs PM, you will contribute to the successful delivery of Digital and CRM initiatives, helping client and delivery teams maintain clear priorities, effective coordination and consistent progress. /p h3Support digital and CRM delivery /h3 ul liSupport the coordination and delivery of CRM and Digital initiatives. /li liCoordinate delivery teams to ensure agreed milestones and quality standards are met. /li liHelp ensure activities remain aligned with client priorities and expected outcomes. /li /ul h3Coordinate stakeholders and teams /h3 ul liWork with client stakeholders and internal teams across CRM, Web, Marketing, Operations, Product and Technology. /li liOrganise and facilitate meetings, workshops and alignment sessions. /li liProvide structured input and practical advice to clients on Digital business priorities, CRM and customer engagement initiatives. /li liMaintain clear and timely communication across all parties involved. /li /ul h3Contribute to continuous improvement /h3 ul liIdentify opportunities to simplify processes and improve operational efficiency. /li liSupport the testing, rollout and adoption of new tools and ways of working. /li liContribute to a collaborative, pragmatic and delivery-focused team environment. /li /ul h3Requested experience /h3 ul li3+ years of experience in project management, product, Digital transformation, CRM, marketing operations, customer experience or related areas. /li liExperience in project coordination, stakeholder management or Digital delivery activities. /li liStrong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities. /li liGood communication, collaboration and problem-solving skills. /li liInterest in Digital, CRM and customer engagement. /li liFluent Italian and good working English. /li /ul h3Nice to have /h3 ul liFamiliarity with project management approaches and collaboration tools. /li liPrevious experience in a consulting, agency or client-facing environment is desirable. /li /ul h3Additional information /h3 h3The salary range for this position is €30,000 to €40,000 (annual gross). /h3 pThis reflects the range we reasonably expect to pay for this role.
