M&A, Business Development Analyst Role

A successful candidate is expected to have excellent communication skills, project and time management skills, relationship management, ability to sift through large amounts of data, high degree of attention to detail, and be extremely organized. The role is unique as you will be engaged in deal origination from initial identification to evaluation and initial call. This role requires the candidate to be on-site at the office during all business days. Remote or hybrid arrangements are not available for this position. /ph3Key Responsibilities: /h3ulliIdentify potential target MA opportunities and evaluate their fit with existing business models /liliBuild and maintain a detailed opportunity funnel to ensure a steady deal flow /liliBuild and maintain a detailed MA broker contact list /liliCollecting and consolidating company and industry data /liliGather information related to MA target companies via publicly available information /liliBuild and maintain internal databases, and regularly update the team /liliSetup meetings with potential targets and senior management /liliBuild and maintain relationship with potential sellers and brokers /liliIdentify and evaluate industry verticals for investment opportunities /li /ulh3Qualifications: /h3ulliBachelor's degree in business or related field /liliExcellent communication and relationship management skills. /liliAbility to work independently, think strategically, and drive results in a fast-paced environment. /liliAbility to adapt to the needs of a fast growing technology company /liliHaving experience as an intern/co-op or full-time in Sales, Corporate Development, or Business Development would be an asset /li /ulh3Why Join Us? /h3pOpportunity to work on cutting-edge drone technology and AI-driven innovations.
