EURAM Commercial Lead - Dairy Milking & Automation Solutions

Merck seeks an experienced commercial leader to drive growth of the Dairy Milking & Automation business across the EURAM region. The role involves translating innovation into customer value through business development, portfolio commercialization, and strategic partnerships with global and regional teams.
Responsibilities
- Drive commercial growth strategy for Dairy Milking & Automation portfolio across EURAM region
- Identify market opportunities and customer needs to accelerate business expansion initiatives
- Lead portfolio commercialization including go-to-market strategies, product launches, and innovation deployment
- Build relationships with dealers, distributors, customers, and key industry stakeholders
- Monitor business performance, market trends, and forecasting insights for strategic planning
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Agriculture, Animal Science, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 10 years in Dairy, Milking Systems, Livestock Technology, or Precision Farming industries
- Strong knowledge of dairy milking, monitoring, and automation technologies and market dynamics
- Proven experience in business development, commercial leadership, portfolio management, or market expansion
- Established network within dairy industry among customers, dealers, distributors, and stakeholders
- Commercial, financial, and analytical acumen with ability to build business cases
- Fluent English and matrix stakeholder management skills; additional European languages advantageous
Compensation: €60,300.00 - €102,500.00 base
