- Supporto nella gestione del ciclo attivo (fatturazione, monitoraggio incassi, riconciliazioni).
- Supporto nella gestione del ciclo passivo (registrazione e controllo fatture fornitori, verifica documentale).
- Collaborazione alle attività di controllo di gestione.
- Preparazione di report periodici e analisi economiche a supporto del management.
- Monitoraggio e analisi della marginalità di commessa e di business.
- Raccolta, elaborazione e interpretazione dei dati aziendali per supportare i processi decisionali.
- Supporto nelle attività di budgeting, forecasting e consuntivazione.
- Aggiornamento e manutenzione dei file di reporting e dashboard finanziarie.
Competenze ed esperienza
- Laurea in Economia, Amministrazione Aziendale o discipline affini.
- Esperienza di 1-3 anni in ambito amministrativo, contabile o finance.
- Costituisce titolo preferenziale un'esperienza maturata presso studi commercialisti, società di consulenza o uffici amministrativi.
- Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office, con particolare focus su Microsoft Excel (formule avanzate, tabelle pivot, analisi dati).
- Forte predisposizione all'analisi quantitativa e alla gestione dei dati.
- Precisione, organizzazione e attenzione al dettaglio.
- Attitudine al problem solving e orientamento al risultato.
- Buone capacità relazionali e di lavoro in team.
Sarà considerato un requisito preferenziale la conoscenza o l’interesse per l'utilizzo di AI e AI Agent nell'operatività amministrativa

La risorsa sarà inquadrata con il CCNL Commercio, in regime full-time, 40 ore settimanali, dal lunedì al venerdì (9-18 con un'ora di pausa pranzo) Retribuzione: € 28.000-30.000 anno Inserimento: settembre/ottobre 2026
