We are part of one of the most booming sectors and we are in an exciting business moment. /p pWe are looking for a Finance Specialist to join our Finance Italy team and support the day-to-day accounting and finance activities of the business. The role will have a focus on local accounting and financial operations, ensuring accurate and timely bookkeeping while also providing Finance support to the business on strategic and corporate activities, including MA transactions, acquisitions and other business deals. The position will also act as a point of contact for external stakeholders, including auditors, suppliers and external consultants. /p pThe ideal candidate will have solid experience in Italian accounting and be comfortable working independently in a lean and international organization. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liManage and perform day-to-day local accounting activities, including general ledger postings, bookkeeping and accounting records. /li liSupport in performing bank reconciliations and ensuring accurate and timely recording of banking transactions. /li liSupport periodic Italian tax compliance activities, including VAT procedures and electronic communications through the relevant administration platforms. /li liSupport the management and recording of withholdings relating to employees, consultants and other relevant parties. /li liSupport Corporate Income Tax (CIT) accounting and related periodic activities. /li liEnsure the accuracy, completeness and timely maintenance of accounting documentation and records. /li liSupport month-end and year-end closing activities and provide the necessary information for financial reporting. /li liManage day-to-day relationships with external stakeholders, including suppliers, auditors, external accountants, tax advisors and other consultants. /li liProvide Finance support to the business on MA activities and other strategic transactions, including participation in QA processes, due diligence activities, data gathering and financial analysis. /li liCoordinate with internal stakeholders and external providers to ensure timely resolution of accounting, tax and finance matters. /li liContribute to the continuous improvement and standardization of finance and accounting processes. /li /ul h3Systems Technical Skills: /h3 ul liAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (MS Dynamics) is required. /li liSolid knowledge of Italian accounting principles and local finance processes. /li liGood understanding of periodic Italian tax compliance requirements. /li liGood MS Office skills, particularly Excel. /li /ul h3Experience Qualifications /h3 ul liUp to approximately 5 years of relevant professional experience in accounting/finance, depending on the final seniority of the selected candidate. /li liExperience in local Italian accounting is strongly preferred. /li liPrevious experience supporting MA, due diligence or corporate transactions is a plus. /li liPrevious experience in an international or multinational environment is a plus. /li liExperience with payroll-related accounting entries is considered an advantage. /li liFluency in Italian and good working proficiency in English. /li /ul h3Profile /h3 pWe are looking for a proactive and hands-on professional who can work effectively in a lean organization and manage activities with a high degree of autonomy. /p pThe successful candidate should demonstrate: /p ul liStrong attention to detail and accuracy. /li liGood organizational and time-management skills. /li liA practical, problem-solving approach. /li liAbility to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. /li liStrong communication and stakeholder-management skills. /li liAbility to translate financial information into practical support for the business. /li liAbility to work effectively with both internal teams and external advisors. /li liA collaborative mindset and willingness to support the wider Finance function beyond purely transactional activities /li /ul h3What We Offer /h3 ul liWe believe in rewarding success!
