Junior Financial Controller

ppbLocation /b: Rome (hybrid) bContract /b: Full Time /p pAs a Junior Controller, you will support the finance team in various tasks, such as preparing financial reports, performance analysis, and cost control. You will also be involved in company process improvements and collaborate with different departments to ensure effective information flow and support business initiatives. /p pbWhat You’ll Do: /b /p ul liContribute to the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual finance reports. /li liParticipate in the preparation of the annual budget and financial forecasts. /li liSupport the improvement and streamlining of controlling processes and workflows to enhance efficiency. /li liContribute to the analysis of performance between the budget, identifying discrepancies and gaps. /li liCollaborate with both Holding and Portfolio companies to ensure effective information flow and support our business growth, and operational development. /li liEstablish strong collaboration with the Project Managers of the portfolio, serving as a key point of contact for financial metrics related to our startups. /li liPreparation of financial reports intended for investors and the Board of Directors. /li liSupport to Performance Reporting: deliver financial reports, dashboards, and KPIs to our internal stakeholders. /li /ul pbWho You Are: /b /p ul libEducation /b: Degree in Economics, Finance, or a related field. /li libExperience /b: at least 2-3 years of relevant experience in PC.
