Experteer OverviewIn this role you lead a 5–8 person backend team to turn product and business goals into a reliable technical roadmap. You collaborate across Product, Design and other teams to align priorities, while driving ownership and technical excellence. You hire, mentor and grow engineers, and communicate progress and risks to leadership in business terms.
