Product Knowledge Manager DI Business Intership

Responsibilities
- Handle incoming requests from internal teams – qualify them, prioritize them, and decide what can wait.
- Investigate product bugs and limitations: reproduce, understand, document – then raise them cleanly to Support Engineers with a solid case (logs, context, hypotheses).
- Partner with Product Managers and Tech on the right solutions, then measure their real impact on internal users.
- Design training sessions – both onboarding and continuous learning. Each role (CSM, Sales, Onboarding) has its own product learning path.
- Build and maintain the internal documentation on Notion – articles, videos, quizzes.
- Orchestrate internal communication around new features – make them understandable and actionable for 100+ teammates.
Qualifications
- Background in engineering, Computer Science, or a Master's in economics/finance with a tech/banking specialization – focus on APIs, JSON, and an IDE like VS Code.
- Initial experience in project management, product, tech support, or ticketing.
- Comfortable with context switching and fast-paced environment.
- Owner mindset and soft skills: resilience, humility, curiosity, pedagogy, rigor, prioritization.
- Languages: Fluent English required; Italian, French, or German a plus.
Technical Context
- Daily tools: Notion, ticketing, VS Code.
- Technical formats: REST APIs, JSON, basic logs, endpoints and tools like Swagger and Postman.
- Business domain: banking connectivity – Open Banking, PSD2, and related integrations.
