We are currently looking for Italian-speaking Customer Service Agents to join a global customer support team based in Athens, Greece .
Important: All roles are based in Greece . Even for remote positions, candidates must relocate and work from within Greece .

Your Responsibilities
- Provide professional customer support via phone, email, and chat
- Assist customers with delivery updates, shipment tracking, and service inquiries
- Ensure a smooth and positive customer experience
- Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining high service quality
- Collaborate with internal teams when necessary
Requirements
- Native / C2 level Italian
- Good level of English
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Customer-focused mindset
- Willingness to relocate to Greece
