Overview
In questo ruolo, ti occupi di mantenere e assistere tecnicamente impianti di processo installati presso i clienti, operando sia in remoto che in campo. Lavori all’interno del team Service, collaborando con tecnici, commerciale e acquisti per pianificare interventi, diagnosi e reportistica. Partecipi al commissioning e al follow-up tecnico, contribuendo a garantire affidabilità e performance degli impianti. È un ruolo dinamico con frequenti trasferte e opportunità di crescita in un settore in espansione, in un ambiente stimolante e orientato al cliente.

- Diagnosi preliminare delle anomalie e interventi
- Pianificazione attività in campo e coordinamento risorse
- Redazione di offerte tecniche e commerciali
- Interfaccia con ufficio acquisti per fornitori e magazzino
- Reperibilità 24/7 e assistenza remota telefonica
- Esecuzione interventi di manutenzione programmata e straordinaria
- Supporto al commissioning/start-up e collaudo tecnico
- Raccolta dati tecnici e reportistica di intervento
- Relazione operativa con il cliente
- Diploma o laurea tecnica (preferibilmente ingegneria chimica o meccanica)
- Pregressa esperienza in assistenza tecnica o manutenzione industriale
- Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office e software gestionali
- Conoscenza CAD e strumenti di diagnostica remota valorizzata
- Italiano fluente, buona conoscenza dell’inglese; tedesco/spagnolo in plus
- Disponibilità a trasferte frequenti in EU e extra-EU
- Problem solving e gestione autonoma delle priorità
- Attitudine al lavoro in team e orientamento al cliente
