The role is accountable for establishing and maintaining a cohesive program delivery plan, aligning scope, sequencing, dependencies, and cost considerations across delivery streams to ensure contractual commitments and client value realization are achieved. /p pAt this level, the Senior Delivery Manager owns the full program lifecycle and typically has 5-8 years of delivery or project management experience. The role is accountable for program delivery outcomes, commercial trade-off decisions within contractual boundaries, and cross-project risk and dependency management. The Senior Delivery Manager applies sound commercial judgment to balance scope, cost, effort, and timelines while protecting delivery integrity. /p pThe role also exercises functional leadership within the delivery program, providing guidance, coaching, and quality oversight to junior Delivery Managers contributing to the program.
