This role involves managing a team of delivery personnel and resources to meet operational targets and enhance customer satisfaction. /ph3Job Responsibilities /h3ulliLead, mentor, and manage a team of delivery supervisors and delivery personnel, including performance reviews, training, and development. /liliDevelop and implement operational strategies to optimize delivery routes, reduce delivery times, and improve overall efficiency within the cluster. /liliMonitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as on‑time delivery rates, customer satisfaction scores, delivery success rates, and cost per delivery, taking corrective actions as needed. /liliEnsure compliance with all safety regulations, company policies, and service level agreements (SLAs). /liliCollaborate with other departments, including warehouse operations, customer service, and logistics planning, to ensure seamless end‑to‑end delivery processes. /liliManage and allocate resources effectively, including vehicles, equipment, and personnel, to meet fluctuating demand. /liliAnalyze delivery data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for continuous improvement. /liliHandle customer escalations and resolve complex delivery issues promptly and professionally. /liliPrepare and present regular reports on cluster performance to senior management. /liliIdentify and implement innovative solutions to enhance delivery efficiency and customer experience. /li /ulh3Job Qualifications /h3ulliBachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. /liliMinimum of 5 years of progressive experience in logistics, last‑mile delivery, or operations management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. /liliProven track record of managing and motivating large teams in a fast‑paced environment. /liliStrong understanding of delivery operations, route optimization, and logistics technology. /liliExcellent analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. /liliExceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities. /liliProficiency in using logistics software, fleet management systems, and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel). /liliAbility to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as operational needs dictate. /liliFamiliarity with local regulations and geographical nuances within the assigned cluster. /liliCustomer‑centric mindset with a strong commitment to delivering high‑quality service. /li /ulpAt JINGDONG Logistics, we’re committed to building a diverse and inclusive workplace where everyone can thrive.
